Wabery is operated by Metalance LLC ("Wabery," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how Metalance LLC collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use Wabery, our messaging API and developer platform for WhatsApp Business and related services.

## Information we collect

Account information includes name, email, business name, billing details, and location. If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, we receive only the identity data needed to create or authenticate the account. Customer data processed on behalf of developers includes phone numbers, message content, conversation history, WhatsApp Flow submissions, language preferences, and developer-assigned metadata. Usage data includes IP address, device and browser details, feature interactions, error logs, and billing audit records.

## How we use information

We use this information to provide the Wabery API, dashboard, CLI, MCP server, webhooks, sandbox, and related services; to authenticate users and API keys; to bill for production connections; to detect abuse; and to communicate service and security notices. We do not sell personal information.
